Requirements

Matriculated or above with formal secretarial training

Minimum 2 years relevant experience in legal/ other professional firms or sizable organization

Strong legal sense / legal knowledge especially in corporate / commercial areas such as Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), corporate financing and company secretarial related matters

Candidate with company secretarial and/or accounting knowledge and experience would be an advantage

Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin

Presentable, smart and outgoing

Tactful to deal with senior management, strong communication and interpersonal skill

Stable with present characters and a good team player
